Defense Against, For, or With Fascism

There are several different divs and classes of Marines, from special forces to delta to ranger. The question is often which serves as the ultimate defense against fascism, when it appears in an area like Mexico. For drug king pins, that'd be delta or the navy, with the ranger coming in to clean up. However, for a drug war, considering other variables, the only way to counter would be to strategize the externalities first, and then internalize (not psychological), or integrate and compute, information flow. Stack flow can occur, and this is something many specialists recognize. A light, targeted, electromagnetic pulse through Mexico City is enough to send in special forces for a mission. However, the army is too well advertised for this to be laser targeted. Air missions aren't needed. Thus, it's reasonable to assume that the best way to handle the southern border careful evaluation of a box. In a box, you can put things in it, and if it's made with steel or microfibers, it can mold like a black hole, slow time, and effectively concentrate on growing what it needs to destroy.
